  1. RED PERKINS was my uncle. On the Cattle LP # 57 back he is credited with the vocals on THERES NO ROOM IN MY HEART FOR THE BLUES. Also he did the vocals on Texas Boogie, Torn Between True Love and Desire, 12 O'clock waltz. Though vocal credits say Eddie Shaw on Rootie Tootie it sounds like my uncle Red.
    Thanks to Harlan Taylor, Xavier Marie, and others now my uncles bio and recordings are more available.
